A final quote will be confirmed after a site assessment.

4. Rebates and Incentives

We will assist you in applying for government rebates and incentives (such as STCs and Solar Victoria rebates). However, eligibility is determined by third-party bodies and is not guaranteed by Solar Eco Future.

5. Installation

Installation dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to weather, availability of materials, or other unforeseen delays.
Our installers are Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited professionals.
You are responsible for ensuring access to the property and providing accurate information about the site.

6. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your installation booking.
Full payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delayed payments may incur additional fees or result in service suspension.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before installation, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and logistics costs.
Cancellations after installation will be handled according to Australian Consumer Law.

8. Liability

While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our products or services.
We are not responsible for issues arising from grid failures, third-party hardware faults, or any external factors beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property
